This project involved building two investment properties on vacant land to operate as private lodgings.
Osojipon was involved in the project from the design of the properties onwards. The layout required for a regular home is different from that of a lodging facility. We proposed a layout that would allow guests to stay comfortably while having a special stay experience that they would not be able to have in their private lives.
