This is a newly built property constructed for private lodging investment. In order to improve occupancy and diversify sales channels, we proposed to the owner that he obtain a lodging business license. As a result, it is now possible to sell the property 365 days a year.
Osojipon handles the acquisition of licenses and permits for the property, initial setup, management and operation, and cleaning services.
