Hotel quality linens are provided
What concerns customers the most is the cleanliness of their beds and futons. Osojipon has partnered with a linen supplier to provide clean hotel-quality linen at reasonable prices. Of course, we are also flexible in responding to customer requests to wash and use their own linen.
Standardizing services through cleaning manuals
To ensure high quality in our cleaning work, Osojipon has created a cleaning manual to maintain a specific level of quality. Since each property has its own characteristics, the manual is customized for each property. In addition, staff training and exchanging opinions among themselves lead to improvements reflected in the manual.
Collecting, recycling, and disposal of garbage.
Disposing of garbage can easily cause trouble with neighboring residents. Also, they need to be collected properly to welcome the next guest. At Osojipon, we take responsibility for collecting garbage generated within the facility. We separate garbage into burnable, non-burnable, cardboard, etc. and dispose of it accordingly.

Basic cleaning
We will vacuum and wipe down each room, including the entrance area, living room, bedroom, kitchen, toilet, bathroom, and balcony. We will be especially thorough in the kitchen, washing the dishes and cutlery, cleaning the refrigerator, range, and other equipment, and replacing the garbage bags. In the bathroom, we will thoroughly clean everything from the mirror to the drain.
Lost and found service
When cleaning, we check to see if guests have left anything behind. If we find anything lost items we will store it in our office for a certain period of time. Delivering it back to guests is available upon request.
Facilities and equipment check
Our staff check whether the electricity, water, and facilities are working properly. If any abnormality get found, we will immediately report to the owner to solve it ASAP. If an emergency response is required, we or our affiliated companies are always stand by.
linen exchange
Linens that fit the beds and futons in your facility can be lent and set up by our company. We have all the linens you need for private BnBs and any other accommodations, such as sheets, futon covers, pillowcases, towels, and bath mats. After use, we will collect them and replace them with clean ones.
Garbage recycle, classify and dispose
After checking out, all trash generated by guests will be collected. After collection, Osojipon will sort and dispose of it responsibly. After collection, new trash bags will be placed in the trash cans.
Replenish consumables
We will deliver and set up any consumable items that need to be replenished, such as detergent for the kitchen, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for the bathroom, hand soap for the sink, toilet paper, and tissue paper for the living room.
Amenity setting
Amenities such as hand towels, toothbrushes, and disposable slippers will be provided according to owner requests.
Mail collection service
When mail arrives at the facility, our staff will receive it while cleaning. We will handle it flexibly according to the owner’s requests.
Garden and BBQ equipment maintenance
Gardening and cleaning BBQ equipment service are available as well according to the owner’s requests.
