Hello ^^
It’s winter now, and we’re using heaters more often. When you use a heater, the air inevitably dries out. Dry air makes you more susceptible to catching a cold, and it’s a vicious cycle.
I think many people use humidifiers to prevent the air from drying out! So today, I’d like to talk about how to care for the tank of a humidifier with an air purifier ^^
If you continue to use the tank without changing the water, mold will grow inside the tank. To prevent this, change the water once a day! When changing the water, scrub the inside of the tank with a sponge. The tray-like part under the tank can also be removed, so throw away the water that has accumulated there. After throwing away the water, lightly wipe the inside of the tank (if you can fit your hand in) and the tray, dry it in the sun (this is important!), and the cleaning is complete!
Once mold has started to grow, it becomes difficult to clean, so you want to keep it as clean as possible ^^
We have also posted other cleaning methods and recommended cleaning tools in our past blogs, so please check them out!
